Drawing

Sekira’s drawing practice employs colored pencils with precise lines and soft shading, influenced by 1980s Japanese animation, Ukrainian Soviet-era graphic design and animation, as well as the Wiener Werkstätte. Their works layer autobiographical narratives with reflections on inner dialogues, fragmented bodies, and queer sensibilities.
